Organisational Coaching in the Workplace is a dynamic course from setters +people Partnership that is designed to empower leaders and managers with robust coaching skills that drive safety performance and foster continuous business improvement. Our approach centres on forging the vital link between a coaching style of engagement, safety performance and overall business improvement.

The Organisational Coaching programme doesn't just provide theoretical knowledge but also practical tools to apply to individual and organisational development. Our aim is to provide you with the skills necessary to cultivate a coaching culture within your workspace, create a motivational environment and design a comprehensive coaching plan aligned with organisational objectives.

Organisational Coaching in the Workplace is delivered by a seasoned team comprised of individuals who have held significant senior leadership roles, and a diverse group of specialists renowned for their expertise in high-impact, practical coaching techniques and skills. The course structure includes six 4-hour sessions held every two weeks, interspersed with structured self-learning, totalling 40 learning hours.

The course is accredited via the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales (CQFW) and linked directly to the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
