We have a range of training that captures and packages our expertise in safety through accredited courses, co-designed courses, and safety coaching modules.
The Safety Coaching Modules are designed to package elements of the +people® Programme in a training context. The training is aimed at addressing the key levels of the organisation, namely Leaders, Managers, Supervisors and Core Teams.

Training dates

Share and demonstrate an understanding of personal choice and how it influences behaviour commensurate with Zero Harm
Develop leaders, supervisors or safety members in the theory and use of performance coaching tools to allow others to reflect, review and revise their aims and objectives in the context of safety. This actively encourages others to engage with and seek safety improvements to drive towards zero harm.
Ensure Leaders understand their role and contribution towards supporting a positive and proactive safety culture through visibility and direction.

CCNSG Safety Passport Ensures a basic knowledge of health and safety, enabling learners to work more safely with lower risk to themselves and others.
CCNSG Safety Passport Renewal Refresher course for the CCNSG Safety Passport, to be attended every three years.
CCNSG Leading a Team Safely Aimed at Supervisors and Managers to learn the basic knowledge on leading safer teams.
IOSH Working Safely Provide a grounding in the essentials of health and safety.
IOSH Managing Safely Designed for Supervisors and Managers to get up to speed on the practical actions they need to take to handle health & safety in their teams.
Core Wind Turbine Safety Rules Course Ensures a full understanding of the Wind Turbine Safety Rules and how they are to be applied and implemented
Wind Turbine Safety Rules (Operational Controller) This module covers the additional roles of the Operational Controller
Wind Turbine Safety Rules (Authorising Engineer) This module covers the additional roles of the Authorising Engineer
