ORGANISATIONAL COACHING
Help leaders coach better, and develop coaches who make change stick
Two linked courses — one programme
A practical leadership module delivered online, plus a hands-on in-person coach training. Taken together, they build real coaching capability across your organisation.
Most leadership programmes teach what to do. We teach how to make it happen in the workplace.
The Setters Organisational Coaching programme builds coaching skills that connect leadership practice to safer, more reliable performance. It’s practical,
evidence-led and delivered by people who’ve worked
in high-hazard operations. The full programme combines a Virtual Leadership course (online) with an In-Person Active Coaches course (practical, face-to-
face) — take both for the full qualification, or talk to us
about module-only options
